Changing The Conversation: Empowering Women In Business

With so much being written about continuing challenges for women in the workplace, particularly in the tech sector, we find it important to speak out on the topic and engage in the public discourse.

Changing the Conversation is an event series sponsored by the CFW Careers' women's advocacy arm in collaboration with our cross-company planning committee. Our mission is to provide a forum for women in business to learn from female peers across organizational levels, and to create a supportive network of females who are committed to increasing female leadership across industries.

CFW Careers' events and other initiatives for women are inspired by the ideals of our founder, David King, who has been an ardent champion for women in sales leadership for over 40 years. We strive to give voice to women in business, advance their careers, and contribute to the conversation about gender equality in the workplace.

Changing the Conversation includes events, each with a designated topic to explore with a panel of female leaders. Attendees will also have a chance to ask questions and network with peers.
